Deb Giron, formally known as Deb Cox, graduated from Michigan
State University with a degree in Theatre. Soon after, she got herself
and agent and began booking regional commercial work. But her
agent told her, "Get the heck outta here and move to Los Angeles!" So
she sold her Ford Escort which really was't working very well anyway, packed up a U-Haul and moved to Los Angeles in the summer of '97. Deb pursued acting by booking commercials and performing and writing weekly in a comedy troupe called Powerful!Feelling! It helped give her enough confidence to give stand-up a try in the summer of 2001 which became her favorite form of entertainment.

Deb works clean and considers herself a strong opener & emcee. Deb has performed all over Los Angeles & Orange County at various clubs (Comedy Store, Hollywood Improv, Ontario Improv, IceHouse, The HaHa), bars, rehab centers & bennifits. She has also performed at Mark Ripley's Comedy Castle in MI & a casino in Mesquite, NV.

Deb and Isaac met through doing stand-up. Their friendship blossomed as they worked numerous shows together. In 2010, they were married and then suddenly found themselves expecting their first child which put Deb on performance hiatus.

Deb is currently a stay-at-home mother of 1 and hoping for one more before she hits the BIG 40. Times-a-tickin'!!! Although she doesn't know when she'll be back on stage, she does thoroughly enjoy this podcast as her creative outlet.
